The dinner will be held at The Brickhall in the Hollow in Clarence, on Friday, September 21 at 6:00 p.m.

Charcuterie with grass fed meats and locally produced cheeses.
2nd COURSE
Zucchini cake salad with watercress, cheese curds and cilantro cream dressing.
3rd COURSE
Pasta Carbonara with Farm fresh eggs, bacon and peas
4th COURSE
Utley grass fed steaks, pork Waldorf, heirloom carrots and garlic scrape mashed potatoes – Served Family Style

Utley Acres Inc. will be collaborating with Chef John to source as many local ingredients as possible.
