Food & Beverage Requirements

All food and beverage service is provided by Salvatore’s Hospitality.

The Brickhall comfortably accommodates 110 guests for a plated meal.

Minimum guest guarantees are:

  • Sunday–Friday: 50 guests minimum
  • Saturday: 75 guests minimum

Our Event Coordinators will work with you to plan the menu and event details around your celebration.
