What began as a small restaurant on Buffalo’s East Delavan Avenue in 1938 has grown into Salvatore’s Hospitality—a family-owned collection of dining, hotel, event, catering, and wellness experiences serving Western New York.
Today, the Salvatore family continues the tradition started by Joseph Salvatore, combining generations of family pride with a modern approach to hospitality.

Joseph Salvatore, along with his wife Paula and their three children, continues the legacy established by his grandfather more than eight decades ago. That family connection remains at the heart of everything we do—from the food served at the table to the way our team welcomes every guest.
Over the years, the original restaurant has evolved into a diverse hospitality company while maintaining the values that started it all: quality, service, family, and community.
